Lisa has worked in screening since 2009 when she set up the Central England NHS Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening Programme after working in general management at an acute trust. She is now employed by NHS England as Quality and Improvement Lead for the NHS AAA and Diabetic Eye Screening Programmes. She is an enthusiastic outgoing manager who relishes the day-to-day challenges of her role and collaborating with colleagues in other screening programmes. She lives in Leicestershire and enjoys walking and music and is an avid rugby fan. When not watching her son play, she can be seen supporting her local rugby club and Leicester Tigers.
