Dr Cristina Visintin is the Research Lead for the UK NSC Research Methodology Group within the UK NSC Secretariat. She has a background in medicinal chemistry with over 15 years’ experience in managing projects that focus on evidence aggregation for decision-making for clinical guidelines and screening policies.

The UK NSC this summer plans to share its review of the latest evidence on whether women with dense breasts should be offered additional breast screening imaging tests.
